Tī 北方星座 仙王座 方向 12 度闊 ê 視野 內底，有星際氣體 kah 烏暗塗粉雲 相濫發光 ê 大片發射星雲 IC 1396 kah Sh2-129。 相片倒爿彼个幾若百光年闊、3000 光年遠 ê 星雲，是 去予中央恆星 IC 1396 激發--ê。 這个星雲有趣味 ê 烏暗形體，包括 tī 中央正爿下底 彼个 彎彎曲曲 ê 烏暗雲，象管星雲。 伊有幾若十光年長，是恆星形成 ê 原始材料，咱這馬知影講 這內底有 原恆星。 正爿 ê Sh2-129 chhāi tī 差不多遠 ê 距離，伊內底較光 ê 雲丸 kah 向後壁去--ê 發射雲脊，予伊提著 飛行夜婆星雲 這个名。 最近才 tī 飛行夜婆星雲內底 揣著--ê，是 發出小可仔藍光 ê Ou4，大花枝星雲，拄仔好替 這个皇家宇宙動物園 添丁。 相片正爿下底邊仔閣有 一个 因為 伊 ê 烏暗外形 才號名做 海馬星雲，伊 ê 編號是 Barnard 150。

Siòng-phìⁿ tò-pêng hit-ê kúi-nā pah kng-nî khoah, 3000 kng-nî hn̄g ê seng-hûn, sī khì hō͘ tiong-ng hêng-chhiⁿ IC 1396 kek-hoat--ê. Chit-ê seng-hûn ū chhù-bī ê o͘-àm hêng-thé, pau-koat tī tiong-ng chiàⁿ-pêng ē-té hit-ê oan-oan-khiau-khiau ê o͘-àm-hûn, Chhiūⁿ-kńg seng-hûn. I ū kúi-nā-cha̍p kng-nî tn̂g, sī hêng-chhiⁿ hêng-sêng ê goân-sú châi-liāu, lán chit-má chai-iáⁿ kóng che lāi-té ū goân-hêng-chhiⁿ. Siòng-phìnn tò-pîng hit-ê kuí-nā pah kng-nî khuah, 3000 kng-nî hn̄g ê sing-hûn, sī khì hōo tiong-ng hîng-tshinn IC 1396 kik-huat--ê. Tsit-ê sing-hûn ū tshù-bī ê oo-àm hîng-thé, pau-kuat tī tiong-ng tsiànn-pîng ē-té hit-ê uan-uan-khiau-khiau ê oo-àm-hûn, Tshiūnn-kńg sing-hûn. I ū kuí-nā-tsa̍p kng-nî tn̂g, sī hîng-tshinn hîng-sîng ê guân-sú tsâi-liāu, lán tsit-má tsai-iánn kóng tse lāi-té ū guân-hîng-tshinn. [English] A Cosmic Zoo in Cepheus

Sprawling emission nebulae IC 1396 and Sh2-129 mix glowing interstellar gas and dark dust clouds in this nearly 12 degree wide field of view toward the northern constellation Cepheus the King. Energized by its central star IC 1396 (left), is hundreds of light-years across and some 3,000 light-years distant. The nebula's intriguing dark shapes include a winding dark cloud popularly known as the Elephant's Trunk below and right of center. Tens of light-years long, it holds the raw material for star formation and is known to hide protostars within. Located a similar distance from planet Earth, the bright knots and swept back ridges of emission of Sh2-129 on the right suggest its popular name, the Flying Bat Nebula. Within the Flying Bat, the most recently recognized addition to this royal cosmic zoo is the faint bluish emission from Ou4, the Giant Squid Nebula. Near the lower right edge of the frame, the suggestive dark marking on the sky cataloged as Barnard 150 is also known as the dark Seahorse Nebula.
