[漢羅] NGC 4372 kah 烏-mih-mah 星雲

這个予逐家感覺趣味 ê 烏-mih-mah 星雲 就浮 tī 南方 ê 天頂。 這是一个用雙筒千里鏡就揣會著 ê 迷人天體，就 tī 一个細細隻 ê 星座，胡蠅座 ê 方向遐。 Kah 滿天全天星 ê 星場相比，這个厚塗粉 ê 宇宙雲 是足明顯–ê，伊就 tī 火炭橐仔星雲 kah 南十字座 ê 南方。 Tī 這張長焦鏡頭 ê 視野中心附近，有一條搝長 ê 烏-mih-mah 星雲，差不多有 3 度長。 伊南爿 ê 尾溜（tī 正爿頂懸遐）去予 黃色球形星團 NGC 4372 切斷矣。 是講 NGC 4372 是 tī 咱銀河系 ê 銀暈內底散步 ê 天體。 伊其實是 2 萬光年遠 ê 背景天體，而且 kah 烏-mih-mah 星雲 拄仔好攏 tī 仝一个視線方向。 根據 烏-mih-mah 星雲 ê 外形，伊算是 tī 胡蠅分子雲內底。 是講這个較有名 ê 偏名是 天文攝影師 兼 作家 Dennis di Cicco tī 1986 年決定–ê，彼陣伊 tī 澳洲咧觀測哈雷彗星。 烏-mih-mah 星雲離咱有 700 光年遠，長度有 30 光年長。

Kah móa-thiⁿ choân thiⁿ-chheⁿ ê seng-tiûⁿ sio-pí, chit-ê kāu-thô͘-hún ê ú-tiū-hûn sī chiok bêng-hián–ê, i to̍h tī Hóe-thòaⁿ-lok-á seng-hûn kah Lâm-si̍p-jī-chō ê lâm-hong. Tse sī tsi̍t-ê iōng siang-tâng tshian-lí-kiànn to̍h tshuē ē tio̍h ê bê-lâng thian-thé, to̍h tī tsi̍t-ê sè-sè-tsiah ê sing-tsō, Hôo-sîn-tsō ê hong-hiòng hiah. Kah muá-thinn tsuân thinn-tshenn ê sing-tiûnn sio-pí, tsit-ê kāu-thôo-hún ê ú-tiū-hûn sī tsiok bîng-hián–ê, i to̍h tī Hué-thuànn-lok-á sing-hûn kah Lâm-si̍p-jī-tsō ê lâm-hong. Tī tsit-tiunn tn̂g-tsiau kiànn-thâu ê sī-iá tiong-sim hù-kīn, ū tsi̍t tiâu giú-tn̂g ê Oo-mih-mah sing-hûn, tsha-put-to ū sann tōo tn̂g. [English] NGC 4372 and the Dark Doodad

The delightful Dark Doodad Nebula drifts through southern skies, a tantalizing target for binoculars toward the small constellation Musca, The Fly. The dusty cosmic cloud is seen against rich starfields just south of the Coalsack Nebula and the Southern Cross. Stretching for about 3 degrees across the center of this telephoto field of view, the Dark Doodad is punctuated near its southern tip (upper right) by yellowish globular star cluster NGC 4372. Of course NGC 4372 roams the halo of our Milky Way Galaxy, a background object some 20,000 light-years away and only by chance along our line-of-sight to the Dark Doodad. The Dark Doodad’s well defined silhouette belongs to the Musca molecular cloud, but its better known alliterative moniker was first coined by astro-imager and writer Dennis di Cicco in 1986 while observing Comet Halley from the Australian outback. The Dark Doodad is around 700 light-years distant and over 30 light-years long.
