[漢羅] 仙女座星系 ê 方向 揣著 料想袂到 ê 星雲

是按怎仙女座星系 ê 方向附近有看著酸素發出 ê 光弧？ 無人知影。 氣體弧 是 藍色–ê，是舊年幾若个 業餘天文學家 揣著、確認–ê。 這个光弧 ê 來源有兩个主要 ê 假說。 一个是講，in 真正是 tī 仙女座星系 (M31) 附近。 另外一个是講，in 只是咱 銀河系 內底 ê 雲絲，意外疊 tī 仝這个視線方向。 較奇怪 ê 是，進前 tī M31 ê 深空影像 內底，無揣著主要 ùi 水素 發出來 ê 光弧。 而且 tī 較遙遠 ê 星系 內底，嘛無揣著定定有–ê、ùi 酸素 發出來 ê 類似結構。 這是頂真 ê 業餘天文學家用商業望遠鏡 揣著–ê。 因為大部份專業 ê 天文望遠鏡，攏咧 研究 天頂足細 ê 範圍。 這寡光弧 tī 天頂 ê 視角度 有幾若粒 月娘 遐爾大，較袂去看。 未來 ê 觀測，一定會繼續追蹤酸素抑是 其他元素 發出 ê 光。

[English] Unexpected Clouds Toward the Andromeda Galaxy

Why are there oxygen-emitting arcs near the direction of the Andromeda galaxy? No one is sure. The gas arcs, shown in blue, were discovered and confirmed by amateur astronomers just last year. The two main origin hypotheses for the arcs are that they really are close to Andromeda (M31), or that they are just coincidentally placed gas filaments in our Milky Way galaxy. Adding to the mystery is that arcs were not seen in previous deep images of M31 taken primarily in light emitted by hydrogen, and that other, more distant galaxies have not been generally noted as showing similar oxygen-emitting structures. Dedicated amateurs using commercial telescopes made this discovery because, in part, professional telescopes usually investigate angularly small patches of the night sky, whereas these arcs span several times the angular size of the full moon. Future observations – both in light emitted by oxygen and by other elements – are sure to follow.
