今年 5 月 16 ê 時陣，月球 ùi 地球烏影下底趨過。 月球完全去予 地球本影 閘牢，出現月全食 ê 時間差不多是 1 點鐘 25 分。 這張縮時攝影 ê 組合相片 是佇 Amundsen-Scott 南極站翕–ê。 有紀錄著地平線頂懸 ê 月偏食 kah 月全食 ê 連紲影像。 背景是南極冷吱吱 ê 暗暝，天頂有足濟天星，閣有 南極極光 ê 極光湧，kah 銀河中心。 前景 是地球上南方 ê 研究站 暗區實驗室，正爿彼个是 BICEP 望遠鏡，倒爿彼个是南極望遠鏡。 雖罔講極區 ê 夜空是足媠–ê，毋過你應該袂為著欲看 今年 11 月 8 號 ê 月全食 去南極 乎！ 是講月食嘛會當踮亞洲、澳洲、太平洋、美洲、kah 歐洲看著。 這應該是你佇 2025 年進前，上尾一擺看著 月全食 ê 機會矣。

Chit tiuⁿ sok-sî-liap-iáⁿ ê cho͘-ha̍p siòng-phìⁿ sī tī Amundsen-Scott Lâm-ke̍k-chām hip–ê. Ū kì-lio̍k tio̍h tē-pêng-sòaⁿ téng-koân ê goe̍h-phian-si̍t kah goe̍h-choân-si̍t ê liân-sòa iáⁿ-siōng. [English] Lunar Eclipse at the South Pole

Last May 16 the Moon slid through Earth’s shadow, completely immersed in the planet’s dark umbra for about 1 hour and 25 minutes during a total lunar eclipse. In this composited timelapse view, the partial and total phases of the eclipse were captured as the Moon tracked above the horizon from Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station. There it shared a cold and starry south polar night with a surging display of the aurora australis and central Milky Way. In the foreground are the BICEP (right) and South Pole telescopes at the southernmost station’s Dark Sector Laboratory. But while polar skies can be spectacular, you won’t want to go to the South Pole to view the total lunar eclipse coming up on November 8. Instead, that eclipse can be seen from locations in Asia, Australia, the Pacific, the Americas and Northern Europe. It will be your last chance to watch a total lunar eclipse until 2025.
