[漢羅] 北美洲星雲 kah 鵜鶘星雲

咱美麗地球 ê 迷眾 可能會注意著這个 宇宙雲 ê 外形。 倒爿有去予烏暗、閘光 ê 塗粉帶箍出來 ê 明亮發射區，去予編做 NGC 7000。 這區敢若是一塊大陸 ê 外形，予伊提著這个有名 ê 名，北美洲星雲。 正爿拄仔好是北美洲星雲 ê 東岸，嘛叫做 IC 5070，伊 ê 鳥仔形 面模 予人 kā 伊叫做 鵜鶘星雲。 這兩个較光 ê 星雲差不多 tī 1500 光年遠 ê 所在，in 攏是仝一个 大型複雜 ê 恆星形成區 ê 一部份。 差不多是 tī 彼个有名 ê 獵戶座星雲附近。 Tī 這个距離，3 度闊 ê 視野差不多是 80 光年長。 這幅厚工 ê 宇宙肖像 是 kā 狹頻 影像敆做伙 ê。 主要是欲強調較光 ê 電離鋒面，閣有水素原子、硫磺原子、酸素原子 ê 特徵發射光。 這个星雲會當 tī 烏暗 ê 所在，用雙筒望遠鏡看著。 Ùi 東北爿看，有一粒足光 ê 星天津四，to̍h tī 天鵝座內底。

Lán bí-lē Tē-kiû ê bê-chiòng khó-lêng ē chù-ì tio̍h chit-ê ú-tiū-hûn ê gōa-hêng. Tò-pêng ū khì hō͘ o͘-àm, cha̍h-kng ê thô͘-hún-tòa kho͘–chhut-lâi ê bêng-liōng hoat-siā-khu, khì hō͘ pian-chò NGC chhit-chheng. Chit-khu ká-ná sī chi̍t-tè tāi-lio̍k ê gōa-hêng, hō͘ i the̍h-tio̍h chit-ê ū-miâ ê miâ, Pak-bí-chiu seng-hûn. Chiàⁿ-pêng tú-á-hó sī Pak-bí-chiu seng-hûn ê tang-hōaⁿ, mā kiò-chò IC ngó͘-khòng-chhit-khòng, i ê chiáu-á-hêng bīn-bô͘ hō͘ lâng kā i kiò-chò Thê-ô͘ seng-hûn. Tsit-khu ká-ná sī tsi̍t-tè tāi-lio̍k ê guā-hîng, hōo i the̍h-tio̍h tsit-ê ū-miâ ê miâ, Pak-bí-tsiu sing-hûn. Tsiànn-pîng tú-á-hó sī Pak-bí-tsiu sing-hûn ê tang-huānn, mā kiò-tsò IC ngóo-khòng-tshit-khòng, i ê tsiáu-á-hîng bīn-bôo hōo lâng kā i kiò-tsò Thê-ôo sing-hûn. Tsit nn̄g-ê khah-kng ê sing-hûn tsha-put-to tī tsi̍t-tshing-gōo-pah kng-nî hn̄g ê sóo-tsāi, in lóng-sī kâng-tsit-ê tuā-hîng ho̍k-tsa̍p ê hîng-tshinn hîng-sîng-khu ê tsi̍t-pōo-hūn. Tsha-put-to sī tī hit-ê ū-miâ ê La̍h-hōo-tsō sing-hûn hū-kūn. Tī tsit-ê kū-lî, sann tōo khuah ê sī-iá tsha-put-to sī pueh-tsa̍p-tī kng-nî tn̂g. Tsit-pak kāu-kang ê ú-tiū siàu-siōng sī kā e̍h-pîn iánn-siōng kap tsuè-hué ê. Tsú-iàu sī beh kiông-tiāu khah-kng ê tiān-lī hong-bīn, koh ū tsuí-sòo guân-tsú, liû-hông guân-tsú, sng-sòo guân-tsú ê ti̍k-ting-huat-siā-kng. Tsit-ê sing-hûn ē-tàng tī oo-àm ê sóo-tsāi, iōng siang-tâng-bōng-uán-kiànn khuànn-tio̍h. Uì tang-pak-pîng khuànn, ū tsi̍t-lia̍p tsiok-kng ê tshinn Thian-tin-sù, to̍h tī Thian-gô-tsō lāi-té.

[English] North America and the Pelican

Fans of our fair planet might recognize the outlines of these cosmic clouds. On the left, bright emission outlined by dark, obscuring dust lanes seems to trace a continental shape, lending the popular name North America Nebula to the emission region cataloged as NGC 7000. To the right, just off the North America Nebula’s east coast, is IC 5070, whose avian profile suggests the Pelican Nebula. The two bright nebulae are about 1,500 light-years away, part of the same large and complex star forming region, almost as nearby as the better-known Orion Nebula. At that distance, the 3 degree wide field of view would span 80 light-years. This careful cosmic portrait uses narrow band images combined to highlight the bright ionization fronts and the characteristic glow from atomic hydrogen, sulfur, and oxygen gas. These nebulae can be seen with binoculars from a dark location. Look northeast of bright star Deneb in the constellation Cygnus the Swan.
